Mixer Agitator impeller in the agitator tank
is used to agitate the liquid or slurry in the tank. It
can combine substances in the form of solid, liquid
and gas. These mixer impellers enable forced
convection and uniform mixing of liquid and gas
media. The function of stirring impeller is to
transfer the energy generated by motor to product
in the most effective way, so as to achieve the
desired effect in a short time. If there is a gradient
in temperature, concentration or sealing
performance, it is very important to mix the liquid
in the tank. Impeller is the key of high efficiency
mixing system. In our company, every application
has an ideal impeller, which can accurately and
efficiently meet the needs of the process. The
type, size and speed of impeller will affect the
distribution of stirring power between the total
flow rate and turbulence fluctuation. We will

assemble suitable parts according to customer
requirements.
Mixer agitator sealing parts are
indispensable in agitator, which can be sealed by
mechanical sealing. We will select the
corresponding agitator mixing sealing according to
the technical characteristics of the mixer agitator.
Also sealing parts can be customized according to
client’s requirements.
