S V Parchure sir, better known as ‘Senior Sir’ in the company founded the group in 1976 when he first left the security of a government job and started his very first venture known back then as Vijay Engineering Works. He is instrumental in deciding the direction of the company and had the vision to move the company operations from being a Cast Iron Foundry to Water and Waste Water Project Sluice Gate Manufacturer. This leap from being a raw materials producer to a indigenous product manufacturer has made a huge difference in the groups growth and development. He is still very active in the research and development of new and innovative products for securing the company’s future.

Anand Parchure joined the business as a shop floor trainee in 2008. Since then he has quickly learned the rules of the game and now heads the entire business operations as the Managing Director and CEO for group companies. He has been instrumental in single handedly creating the Parchure Brand across India. He has been instrumental in getting the Parchure Make approved with almost all government departments across India. He has also gained knowledge of the Sewerage Treatment Sector and is often referred to by many for electromechanical and process expertise. He has also modernized the company with automation, ERP implementation, consolidating the group’s affairs and setting the vision for the future.
